Mental & Behavioral Health Grants

The Alterra Mountain Company Community Foundation’s Mental & Behavioral Health Grants (MBHG) Initiative provides financial support to nonprofit organizations and local governments working to improve mental health and behavioral health outcomes within Alterra Mountain Company communities across North America.

Mental and behavioral health challenges affect individuals, families, workplaces, and communities. Access to services, coordination among providers, availability of resources, and community awareness all contribute to the overall health of a local behavioral health system. Through this initiative, the Alterra Mountain Company Community Foundation (AMCCF) seeks to strengthen local capacity, improve access to care, reduce barriers to support, and foster healthier, more resilient mountain communities.
